A Year to Remember at Kazakhstan International School

As the 2025–2026 academic year comes to a close, we reflect with pride and gratitude on a year filled with growth, achievement, and unforgettable moments across our school community.

From the very first day of school to the final celebrations of June, our students embraced every opportunity to learn, create, compete, and connect.

Throughout the year, classrooms came alive with inquiry, collaboration, and innovation. Students explored new ideas, developed essential skills, and demonstrated resilience as they challenged themselves both academically and personally.

Beyond the classroom, our community celebrated countless milestones. We came together for memorable events including our vibrant International Day celebrations, inspiring Parent Academy workshops, Spirit Week, Book Week, performances, exhibitions, and community gatherings that strengthened the bonds between students, staff, and families.

Our athletes represented KIS with determination and sportsmanship at CAFA tournaments and competitions across the region, bringing home impressive results and creating lasting memories. Our debate teams showcased their critical thinking and communication skills, while students in the arts shone on stage through productions, performances, and creative showcases.

This year also highlighted the power of student voice and wellbeing through our comprehensive counseling program, student-led conferences, and initiatives that supported every learner's social, emotional, and academic growth.

As we celebrate the achievements of the Class of 2026 and their university acceptances around the world, we are reminded of the limitless potential of all our students and the exciting journeys that lie ahead.

None of this would have been possible without the dedication of our teachers and staff, the partnership of our parents, and the enthusiasm and curiosity of our students.
