Secondary Back to School Evening Brings Families Together

Secondary Back to School Evening Brings Families Together

On Tuesday, August 25, KIS welcomed Secondary families for our annual Back to School Evening, providing parents with an opportunity to connect with teachers and learn more about the school year ahead.

The evening began with a gathering in the auditorium before parents moved to their child’s homeroom to meet the homeroom teacher. This was followed by a course-focused session in the Sports Hall, where Secondary teachers were available to introduce their subjects, answer questions, and connect with families.

The evening provided a valuable opportunity for parents to gain a better understanding of their children’s learning experiences and build strong connections with the teachers supporting them throughout the year.

We thank all the families and teachers who took part and helped make the evening a positive start to the new academic year.

Strong school-home partnerships are an important part of supporting student success at KIS.
